1. Refund Eligibility for Online Courses

We offer a 95% refund within 3 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• ✅ You have not completed more than 10% of the course.

• ✅ You have a valid reason for requesting a refund (e.g., technical issues, incorrect course purchase, or course not matching the description).

To request a refund, please email us at support@learncodezone.com with:

• Your Order ID

❌ Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You have completed more than 10% of the course content.

• You have changed your mind or no longer wish to continue the course.

• You purchased the course by mistake after accessing or downloading the materials.

2. Downloadable Source Code & Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our downloadable resources (e.g., project files, source code, templates), all such purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or undone.

3. YouTube Content

All content on our YouTube channel is free and publicly accessible. Therefore:

• Refunds are not applicable for free tutorials.

• We do not offer refunds for any donations or voluntary contributions made through third-party platforms.

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you face any payment issues or believe you were charged incorrectly:

• Avoid initiating a chargeback before reaching out — we’re committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
