He has served as the Head of Information Security & Technology at a publicly listed, award-winning bank, where he led critical IT functions including System Testing, Business Analysis, IT Architecture, Governance, Quality Assurance, and Support.

Sumir has supervised system testing for numerous large-scale enterprise applications, including Core Banking, ERP, CRM, and HRMS systems. As a Process Owner for System Testing, he:
